Telemarketing dates at least to the 1970s, when AT&T promoted long distance telemarketing under the name Phone Power to promote WATS service. Under pressure from consumers and consumer groups, the United States Congress passed the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in 1991. The TCPA specifically mentions automatic telephone dialing systems, or auto dialers, and prerecorded messages, and includes substantial penalties for telemarketers found guilty of violating the privacy of residential, fax, and certain other categories of users. In 2003, the FCC and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) established the National Do-Not-Call Registry, which allows residential landline customers to opt out of unsolicited telemarketing calls. The Do-Not-Call Registry was extended to cellular phones in late 2004. Telemarketers must honor the opt-out, although there are exceptions for political campaigns and nonprofit organizations. The penalties for violations are substantial.

Sales is my favourite part time job. no doubt about it. I like to make sales to customers coz its a joy just to serve different kind of customers and their purchasing needs. Cashier, sales associates, staff, i've already went tru it.
This time round, telemarketing. The sounds of it alr make me wana just hang up the fone if one does make a fone call to my mobile. I mean, theres websites and stuff for me to see the promotion rite? Y make the trouble of making your decisions on the spot to the telemarketer? In this modern world, its common that users find it a fraud and stuff coz incidents happen. Others are making scam calls and stuff. And being sporean, we are always "cautious". Typical thinking once you heard it rite?

New campaign, new list but no new hope. First day wouldnt be any better for us here? 0 convertions for all of us. Yea. I noe its amazing rite? Well, it is now. Here and there everyone is pissed off about it. Chey2 I type make it sound as if got alot of us here. Theres only 5. 5 -1 = 4. 4 is the number 5th from the left on your keyboard. Waddafish !!! Currently on a zipped up pockets even though i have cash fall in my bank. Not really of a huge sum but its better than nothing rite? Oh wells, due to some reason i guess there will be an eye at my bank account viewing my every transaction. Pfttt.... What a life rite? Its scary to have an eye on ur bank account.
On the other hand, its already 43 days left including saturdays and sundays to end my endless tire here. Rougly about.... 1 month 12 days? that hell in the cell for me. Up coming weeks will be a boredom as well as frustrating. As there is 5 of us on this project, 200 contacts per person per day. NO SLACKING !!! Wakaka.... I love this job man. How many times can i say that? Love is in the air bebes !!!!
On the other hand, its better to click here and there, tooott den hang up den click here click there and stuff. Blerghs !!! Giordano is finding staff? Pick me, pick me !!! I want it !!!

This was the cat that i wanted to adpot. Mayko. But unfortunately shes taken. Isnt she lovely? Just browsing tru here and there and found this link to adpot cats. http://www.catwelfare.org/page/id/27
Its a good place to find pet cat up for adoption. Most of them are mths old and of course all are cute. I tink theres this one user which posts cats for adoption and i think the cats she/he put up for adoption are lovely, cute and well, free. Check out her/his profile of cats http://www.flickr.com/photos/elycam/ to me i tink she really do take the xtra mile of taking care of these cats and ensure that they get a good place to stay and a good owner. 4 new born kittens are on the waiting list and i hope i will be ther first to take them up for adoption.

To those cat lovers who would want to adopt a cat, you may visit the website or visit SPCA to adpot one. SPCA charges Male cat @ $50 and female @ $65. This is coz all the cats are sent for vaccinations and stuff so you have a full package you see. The link i gave you above are form users putting up their cats or dey have sources to put up cats for adoption. Some of them are vaccinated and some not. So yea. For me, i still prefer waiting aournd the belts for Luwyn's cat adoption. Dun ask me why but they are simply cute. And the Luwyn takes good care of them till the point it reaches the new owner? Thats my feeling lar coz they way she/he email very full of information like an expert. Haha....

ewwo !!! I'm loving this job already !!! First pay of my attachment month came in today. Well, its supposed to be yest uh. But who cares rite? I got my pay !!!

Shall not reveal the amount tou. All i can say is that its way2 better than working at my previous3 job at Seiyu. Lesser than marks obviously. Marks pay is really2 high but u'll end up having to sacrifice 20% for CPF. Pfftt rite? Love the pay !! What else can i ask for?
Finally she got over with her workplace despite the "better-off-not-going-to-mom". Wasted our precious time rite? On the other hand. Got to go here and there. Eat here and there. Walk here and there. Aiyah everything is all here and there can?
Me, back at work but not too sure wad to do uh coz some of them said that the project is over but den some say no. So me being me, i just do abit here and there. So da very here and there post. Work place is getting pack each day goes. Its like ringing of fones here and there every seconds and minutes. My fone? It doesnt ring coz i have to ring the users. Haha. So users, beware of me!!!! Muahahaa.....
